Number 16 School is expanding our team! Due to our amazing growth, we are currently recruiting a General Manager for one of our centres in Zaragoza.
Job mission:
Responsibility for the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative goals that the centre has, while maintaining the high quality standards of a Number 16 centre.
Among the main functions that you will perform:
-Responsible for achieving the objectives of the Number 16 centre.
-Responsible for the income statement.
-Management of an international and multicultural team of up to 50-60 people.
-Work hand in hand with senior corporate officials.
Requirements:
-High capacity to develop / attract talent.
-Persistent person with high business commitment.
-Minimum C1 level of English.
-Top management skills.
-Experience managing teams.
